I had to do a double take to see if I read that correctly. Johnny is my favorite actor always has been. Finally something good to look forward to.

I’d suggest doing a triple take because you obviously didn’t read far enough. There is no confirmation whatsoever that Depp will be returning or that any of these projects are in the works
I’ve been a fan of the Disneyland ride since I was a child, roughly 50+ years, and when the films came out it was a dream come true. I will most likely not go see another sequel if it doesn’t have Depp in it. Even though my car has a pearl black paint job & says Black Pearl on the back window, has Pirate stickers on the windows & has a BlkPrl personalized license plate. If he’s not in it, the story endeth…
I so hope what i have just read is true. There is no POTC without the gorgeous Johnny Depp as Captain Jack. If he’s not in it the film will sink!. Like many other fans have said i will not be watching it. Great admirer of Johnnys films and love the way he gives his characters so much personality and makes them exciting and different. We all take them to our hearts and probably Jack Sparrow is the greatest achievement for me. No Jack No Pirates!

As fake trailers go it is that bad but a rewatch of the other Pirates of the Caribbean movies and then watching this trailer will point out where they took the scenes from.
If Johnny Depp is in the sixth movie — even if it’s in a “passing of the torch” capacity — I will watch and encourage my friends & family to do the same. However, no Jack Sparrow (Depp) means I won’t watch. Nor will I promote it to anyone.
I can only hope that Disney can apologize to Johnnny D. or something like that. The picture in the trailer in dead man’s 6 wasn’t Johnny D. the nose was not the same at all. Anyway that being said. Disney I have been a fan for more than 50 years. Please bring back the real Captain Jack Sparrow our beloved Johnny Depp🌹🤗☺️🥰
Why all of this malarkey!?! The #6 was SUPPOSED TO BE 2 angry women, who slapped Captain Jack in previous P.O.T.C movies, BOTH set to marry him, somehow nobody got the memo & the ladies end up set to be wed on the same day to….. the same Captain Johnny 😉
