With the Parks so crowded, and no new parks beginning to be developed, Why more hotels? Some of the hotels do not even get fully booked. So question is why construct a huge endeavor, that the average person cannot afford, just for the Disney Clubs.
Disney should think where to spend their $$$ to maybe construct more overhead transportation to the parks with the skyliner, and make it more accessible for guests at the moderate and economy resorts to get to the Parks, which is where it all happens. That is why there are hotels there! (for Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) Keep the numbers down in the parks, or construct more entertainment venues! Crowds are not enjoyable, neither is waiting in line over an Hour for a 3 min ride.
