My Sister-In-Law and I were in Space Mountain when it Shut down for quite some time. Fortunately, we were on a lower part. They had to turn the lights on and it was cool to see the massive structure. Didn’t envy those stuck at the top!

I work at Universal. So many guests just don’t seem to understand the complexity and maintenance required to keep attractions operating and safe for our guests. Don’t get angry- be grateful And don’t take it out on the team members who are only concerned for your safety and well-being.

Yes, we were on the People Mover when it broke down at Magic Kingdom and it was broke down long enough that they had to evacuate the ride. Most people were able to walk off the ride , but I’m in a wheelchair so they had to carry me off the ride.
