Why do people seem to get happier and almost giddy if they make Batman more violent and more gritty. An Axe? Really? Batman has always been about Justice. He wouod never carry an axe. Yes in the early days he carried a gun, but that was literally almost 100 years ago. And the cave and the gadgets and the fact that Batman in many ways is an American Sherloch Holmes. He fights, yes. But he uses his brain first. DC is trying to make him a 2nd rate Wolverine or Deadpool. Shame on DC.
