Just write the story, no need to sensationalize with “Tearing out the Tree of Life”. That’s National Inquirer level, retheming is not tearing out. This type of stuff makes reporting look bad.

That tree Is a memory legend. Replace the leaves or somethings not the tree (laughing) as for zootopia , we look forward to that ! Hopefully they’ll add that little fast train ride 😆

      I couldn’t agree more!!

    3. Polly

Agreed. Just get to the point, for crying out loud!!!!!!!

This type of reporting is what enticed you to open and read it, which is the primary goal.

So more animatronics?? It’s Tough to be a Bug is always a great show! Leave it alone!!

    1. J. Gross I agree. I always liked taking people that had not been WDW to the Bug Show. Their expressions at the different sensations are priceless. I read that people complained. With it being a highlight of Animal Kingdom all these years the sensitive group complained. You know we have to please the feelings hurt group!

Just a new way to say “costs are up so we can raise ticket prices”

      More Disney ^}]]ing the consumer.

  4. Disney is slowly self destructing!
Sad that Disney was the ultimate in fun for children and now they are deteriorating!
    Very sad!

  5. Why would you rip out the tree of life. That’s one of the best parts of Animal Kingdom? Rethemeing the show inside is fine but taking out the tree would be a big mistake. When we go the park that’s the first thing I want to see I love it. Pleas leave well enough alone.

They aren’t ripping out the Tree, they’re just replacing the show and animatronics. The Tree is formed from the base for an Oul Platform, and would be an enormous thing to move.

The way I read it was that Zootopia would be at the tree of life but not that the tree was leaving.

  6. Most of the announced changes for WDW are fine but with so many things shutting down to make way for new stuff it seems like folks shouldn’t bother visiting in 2025 or 2026.
