Disney leadership you are missing up badly there needs to be new leadership then go back to what Walt would have approved of. I wish I knew the ins and outs of something like this but I have a troubleshooters mentality which I used in the Army & in a small RV dealership which our family owned. But I wish I could help. Maybe some day if it is not to late!
