Universal is not cheaper than Disney . Plus they have 2 parks plus 1 waterpark . To go to all 3 parks you need to have passes to each . Disney has 4 parks and 2 water parks for you Annual pass you can go to all 4 parks and for an extra 100.00 a year the water parks. Not to mention that the parking is more at Universal and you can do everything in a day so until the new park is done Universal can not even compare themselves to Disney. Not even close
