Years ago when kids were small my oldest son and I got terrible food borne illnesses at the California park barbeque restaurant . Birds were crapping all over the prep areas and dining tables.
A complaint letter to Disneyland replied with a rebuttal that it was not possible. No apology or offer of reimbursements.
