Dollywood is one of the best family attractions in the world, and is a wonderful representation of what America is all about. It is a true reflection of Ms. Dolly Parton herself. She loves children despite not being a mother herself. She gives so much of her vast earnings towards literacy and social programs so all of us are happy and free. Just like America is supposed to be. Free of judgement. Free of politics. Free of racism. Free of bigotry. Free of Free to be open and be yourself. Free to love. Those values are reflected in the every staff member I have interacted with at Dollywood. Yes it’s a theme park and they are in the game to make money. There is nothing wrong with making a fair profit. I’m willing to pay a fair price for a Dolly Parton album but I would feel taken advantage of it I was being charged $50 for one song so she could use a gold plated toilet. Lol (she would never do that!) The company that runs Dollywood charges a fair price and makes sure everyone has a good time, that the entire experience reflects the values Dolly Parton. I saw a post a few days ago from Rikki Travolta about the importance of the Dollywood park experience and people needing to reflect Dolly’s values and personality. Very few places would have protected their guests that way. Yay Dollywood!
