I sometimes go to WDW just to check out the resorts. I like the food at the All Stars etc… and try for a meal there every trip. I also just enjoy walking around the resorts especially at Christmas to see decorations. I can see parking at TTC to visit the monorail resorts but parking at Epcot and bussing to the Epcot resorts will be a pain with my walker.
I always stop at the DVC community Halls too and do some arts and crafts.
This new plan will make it harder for me to just enjoy the resorts.
The bus service and boat service do not check to see if you have reservations. Neither does the skyliner. That seems to let anyone visit another hotel without issue. Maybe driving and parking could be a problem?
This is not a major issue. The pools are for GUESTS staying at the hotel.
Stopping folks who are not Hotel paying guests is GREAT!
If you need to cool off got to a water park.
There are plenty of great restaurants at Disney Springs and parking is available. You can also take a boat or bus to a Hotel to check it out and eat there at a restaurant there.

But as a dvc member I would hope we can still pool/resort hop. At least that was a selling point for members to buy in…

Can we resort hop if we stay at a Disney resort? Just look around not swim?
