Interesting. Gambling or theme park or both?

2 words “Ticket Price”. Going to Disney World has become cost prohibitive to a family of 4. I know the marketing and financial people love to report the metrics of revenue per person per day. That doesn’t matter if all you get is 1 person @$200. Never mind that the break even point is 20,000 attendees per day. Lower the ticket prices, improve the merchandising, and adjust accordingly. These may be artistic people, but every year they have adjusted the prices upwards, and every year the attendance has gone down. See the correlation?

I think it’s a great idea as long the price is right

I think it’s a bad idea, especially since people would get the idea that this is meant for kids. There is already a misconception that the Vegas strip is okay for kids, but there aren’t a lot of activities for kids. Parents spend their time babysitting their kids, instead of being able to enjoy separate activities for adults and kids. Disney should reduce its prices to make it more family friendly, and then expand to more family friendly environments. Vegas is not family friendly.
