Disney did NOTHING to help my client get the help needed to overcome his addiction and failed to give Mr McGrowl his job was in jeopardy. The actions by Disney are not only unprofessional as well as morally wrong. Mr McGrowl battled this addiction throughout his entire time working for Disney and it’s clear they enabled his drinking until they no longer benefited and now considered a liability despite no changes from Mr McGrowls routine dating back to his first shift.
