Won’t watch it. They’ve damaged everything they’ve touched so far. Prepare for another flop. Haven’t watched a Disney movie at the theaters since Up.

If you haven’t seen a film in years how do you know they aren’t any good ??

They likely got all the information he knows from online critics and didn’t actually watch anything beyond UP.

I have no desire to see it and it is all thanks to Zegler’s comments and attitude. I will not recommend any movie she is in to friends, family, coworkers, etc. I understand the original film is not up to current times but it doesn’t mean you change it. You either leave it as is, or don’t create a live action.

It is hella profitable though, and Disney knows this. As a lot of the remakes with theatrical releases do well either critically or financially, sometimes even both. And, at the end of the day, that’s all Disney cares about.

      Agreed

  3. At this point I could care less if Disney attempted a cartoon version of Dante’s Inferno. I won’t be wasting my time on this version of Snow White and I certainly won’t be taking the grandkids to see it. How one company can screw up a classic so bad is beyond me.

Will not watch this live version I am ashamed that Disney is caving into the woke agenda and the writing is on the wall, wokeness is not going to be in when the movie finally comes out. Talk about not reading your core group

If you see a POC and your first thought is “WOKE!!”, then I think it’s you who has a problem…

It amazes me that a giant like Disney seems to continue to trail down a path of total destruction when the fans have clearly made their voices heard. The same with Capt Jack and the POTC movies.
If this is what they’re committed to then I wish them the best of luck.

I could not agree more. My thoughts exactly.

The only good news about this movie would be that it was being cancelled altogether.

Won’t waste my time in this one. Should have been scrapped a long time ago.

All the delays, all the re-shoots, all the controversy will not matter. That ship has sailed……….and there’s an iceberg on the horizon.

I’m a part of the modern audience.. But in this modern day and age I think there’s just a lot of plain out bad movie making. I have poor writers who don’t know the classics. They seem to be starting over from scratch, rejecting any of the influences that were developed in the classics for generations. They’re just making it up, pushing their worldview and agenda politically and saying, “isn’t it good? I have pink hair aren’t I creative?” And when they’re fans of the original story say no it’s total ball’s they get upset. They call you racist homophobe and bigots. So they can keep on producing this stuff and keep on not making money but in the modern world and I being one of the modern audience are going back to movies from 15 or 20 years ago. I have a 100 years left of good entertainment to rewatch.
