I worked there for a year, and almost every stoppage and the occasional evacuation were caused by guests disregarding rules…some tried to lean out and touch the animatronics; some dropped their cell phones; some threw things at the scenes. Our morning checklist to make sure everything was in good working order was thorough. Also, oftentimes, the ride was paused to accommodate the “loading” of certain guests. There were always some who caused a scene about not wanting a particular car, wanting too many passengers in their car, etc. Those with disabilities were always cooperative and grateful for the pause.
