Steven Tyler was found to be not guilty. Powerline would not make any sense. Not everybody has seen the Goofy Movie and it is from the 90s. It has to be a band or individual with a lot of hits. It would be expensive but Taylor Swift could bring people in, just saying.
I really hope they don’t change it. Aerosmith is classic American rock and there is very little modern music that you can realistically categorize as rock and roll. Who else is going to give you an intro rivals that awesome screechy “5, 4, 3, 2” countdown the way Tyler does?
Music is such an amazing part of our culture. This has always been a favorite & extremely popular attraction. Look at the cool way Imagineers incorporated music into Guardians. That was a no brainer because the movie’s soundtracks are epic. I trust that Disney can come up with another family friendly theme that makes us feel totally immersed!
Sure it’s dated a lot of things are dated there are still attractions from the 1950s operating but are people really upset because of Steven Tyler’s Behavior nowadays that’s becoming commonplace. An upgrade would be nice especially to have something new and different
Enough with the behavior nonsense. Will Smith assaulted a peer on national tv and that was just fine. Depp and Tyler found not guilty but are shunned. Double standard much?
This was my first rollercoaster ride with my 8 year old. The music helped us to be less scared. Not scared, thrilled. Rockin’ Roller and Aerosmith–perfect combination.
Given Disney’s push (asked for or not) to IP it already owns I would venture a guess they don’t want to pay anyone royalties. They will turn it into a Marvels, Star Wars, or other property they control.
They should go with the Electric Mayhem,, they already own the property, there is loads and loads of music, most of which they already have the rights to… and they really, REALLY need to do more with the Muppets.

Dude, stop writing the same made up junk over and over again. It’s pathetic

Completely agree

Agree completely. There is zero evidence they would do this.

They should remodel it to a different ride or just let it go. Its popularity has run its day.
Polly
No. Still very popular

Redo the whole area and go after Dune theme park rights from legendary productions. Create the world of Dune with tower, rockin, and parts
As a place holder until the world can be started, drop Aerosmith and just use a generic rock band theme

Noooo! Best ride and Music in the world! Never change it! It’s the reason why we go to Disney! ♥️♥️♥️
