It does say “50 percent”, so that means there is still a chance for the “straight, white men” that they are concerned about. Also, “underrepresented” doesn’t only mean LGBTQ+. Last month I noticed cast members that would be considered “non-traditional” hires. Many seniors and people on the spectrum. Love to see it.
