It’ll be interesting to witness if some of these shareholders end up regretting their votes if the next few big movies Disney puts out end up being flops. Time will tell, of course.

As a shareholder, I didn’t want him back.

Hey Bob….you’re not “entertaining” anyone except your own agenda.

  2. Gary

It should and will cost him in the end !!

This article just makes me love Iger even more. When he suggests that the anti-woke folks don’t even know what the word “woke” means, he’s absolutely right. Every time I ask someone who decries wokeness to define it for me, they either clam up or regurgitate some manufactured definition they saw on Truth Social.

Will it be a pop-up book in large print with lots of small words, as a courtesy to your primary target audience?

I saw his victory as a sign that his “woke” agenda has been appreciated. It has not. As I was born with white skin, I feel unwelcome at Disney World. I will never support his woke movies. Not what Walt intended or he would have started the ideology.

I was born with white skin and continue to live that way with the help of lots of 50 SPF sunscreen, and I still very welcome at Disney World. Perhaps it’s because I don’t feel irrationally threatened by an environment that’s inclusive of various lifestyles and cultures. Maybe it’s time to look inward, because this sounds like a “you” problem. Either way, no one’s forcing you to spend your money at Disney World, so feel free to choose places where you’re bound to feel more comfortable, like Margaritaville or a NASCAR race. Meanwhile, take comfort in knowing that one of the great things about being white is that you’ll never have to know what racism feels like (on the receiving end anyway).

As someone who was also born with white skin, I’ve never felt unwelcome at Disney World. Perhaps it’s because I don’t feel threatened by an environment that promotes inclusiveness and caters to various lifestyles and cultures. You might be pleased to know that no one is forcing you to spend money at Disney World, and there are plenty of other places where you’re bound to feel more comfortable, like Margaritaville or a NASCAR race. The nice thing about being white is never having to experience true racism (at least not from the receiving end). Enjoy the privilege that you clearly take for granted.

You sound confused and easily threatened by life. What a sad existence you must lead.

Sounds like he’d be more at home at a Margaritaville or NASCAR race, where he’s guaranteed to be surrounded by his own kind.

As a person born with white skin, I’ve always felt welcome at Disney World. Sounds like a “you” problem.

I’m white and always felt welcome at all Disney parks. Sounds like a “you” problem.

    7. Steamboat Wokey

Funny. I was born with white skin and never once felt unwelcome at a Disney park. Sounds like a “you” problem.

It’s already longer than James B. Stewart’s DisneyWar which it will be an official authorized sequel to. And I will also be smearing you just for opening your mouth. I have William Randolph Hearst level influence. I will be revealing in my book that Crooked Bob is an anti semite and a descendant of a Gestapo agent who operated in Poland. And yes his wife and children are guilty by association. Yes I am taking over and implementing a policy of De-Igerfication to undo everything he worked for like what Germany underwent as well as giving his name and hundreds of other names on Capitol Hill to the HUAC just like Walt would’ve done.

Sounds like it’ll make a terrific paperweight. I suggest you get Tucker Carlson to write the foreword, if you can get him to stop drooling over it long enough.

      1. Dodger

I hope you figure out the correct spelling of “foreword” before publishing.
