It has been rude since covid. People pressing against my body in line–pretending they are with my group. My recent Disney cruise was rude. People kept walking into me and members of my group. No “excuse me” or “pardon”. Just walking into you and racing by. People need to learn basic manners. These people on Pirates were probably drunk. Disney is planning to open a new bar close to Pirates. That’s going to be great (sarcasm).
Yep. Seems like COVID made people forget basic manners. I love that Disney is for all ages, but getting tired of 20yr old pushing/trampling over small kids to steal a picture/autograph from characters or get a special spot on a ride, smh… By all means, be a kid at heart, but if you’re gonna act like that, you better have an actual adult with you to put you in timeout when needed.
Sadly, it’s not just at the Disney parks. People who think they’re entitled to things they clearly are NOT entitled to are starting to show up everywhere. Unfortunately, unless there are consequences this will continue to happen. And most places don’t have the security to back them up like they do at Disney.
And what’s really bad is the unruly groups. They act like animals no matter where they are. Sorry folks but now that we have millions of unwanted “guests” that came thru the open border it’s only going to get worse. MUCH WORSE!

Since these people were verbally abusing and bullying guests as well as cast members, they should be escorted out of the park (without any type of ticket refund). Disney World and Disneyland are places of enjoyment, happiness and magic. They are places where people of all ages build memories. Jerks with nasty attitudes don’t have the right to ruin anyone’s happy place moments. I agree with the other comments that they should be banned (from all Disney parks) for a good amount of time. If they have any intelligence, i bet (at that point) they would get the hint that they are the problem, and either improve their behavior or go somewhere else (that is not in the Disney family of resorts). Unfortunately, there is a good chance they may not be able comprehend that their behavior and actions were not acceptable.

It wasn’t a guest but a cast member that was rude to us at Disney World recently.
My son, who is autistic and has motor planning issues, was having a hard time with the moving walkway on Spaceship Earth.
I reminded him that he had to keep walking and not stand still so he wasn’t in the way of others. The cast member decided that right as I was gently coaxing him was the time to yell at him that he needed to learn to listen to directions.
Yes, he was not listening but having stranger yell at him certainly was not going to make him decide to listen. It was pretty obvious by the way I was handling the situation that I was used to it and that he has disabilities. Her input was clearly not needed. Had I not been so distracted by trying to help him get moving again, I would’ve had a snarky comeback.
Just another example of entitled Americans. I say Americans simply due to the location and the multiple incidents I have witnessed first hand. Disney deciding to licence certain parks was a huge mistake. They have finally got a handle on the stroller trolls, next hurdle is the intoxicated middle aged Ken and Karen(s).
Disney is still the most magical place on earth though.

We boarded Pirates right behind them on the back row and took our revenge by making faces and giving them bunny ears while they posed for the ride photo…lol
Really wish people were more aware of their surroundings and had respect for others, my kids behave better than so many adults.
