All Disney cares about is money! They lose money if they stop serving alcohol because that is a huge money maker for them. Bad behavior is going to continue because some people are just brainless morons.
Was stuck on the ride during this, half way, for more than thirty minutes. Didn’t get to finish the ride really… just a return to base, eventually. Did get to see inside with the lights on – that was maybe worth it. But, these jerks paid less for this than we riders did, really, with zero accountability. Not cool!
It really blows that everyone in line got to ride normally, but those of us on the ride didn’t get a redo nor an explanation. If it weren’t for your article here, I wouldn’t have known. 😑
I’m back to say Disney Guest Services at Disney Springs ended up giving us four redemption experiences for Cosmic Rewind in response to our situation. So, here’s a little Disney cheer for their efforts to make it right!
We use to love going to EPCOT, now if we stay past 5pm it turns into a badly run bar, the swearing and yelling, the drunks falling into you, and then there’s the restrooms, it’s both men and women’s bathrooms are unusable, urine and feces on seats stall walls and floors, it’s gross, we use to go to every 4th of July and New Year’s Eve, it’s just not worth putting up with the folks that are drunk, my wife and I have complained to supervisors with no response, I understand it’s not a children’s park but youngest child is 22 and she doesn’t want to go anymore after 5pm
I’m very disappointed in today’s events. We purchased our Florida resident tickets which with taxes came out to $181 per person plus I purchased genie plus for $18 per person so about $200 per person. Genie plus was a robbery the only rides that were available were rides that had no lines! We waited 2 hours and 15 mins in line for Routatouville just for it to break down when we were almost at the front of the line! And we were trying to get lightning lanes for Tron and Guardians of the Galaxy and were unable to since the morning. Just to find out that there is no standby only by reservation that you get charged for but even paying we were unable to get on the reservations. I am very disappointed coming here to Disney for 40 plus years what it has become! I will not be returning. Disney sucks they only care about money
