I’m sorry, but you should’ve probably mentioned that you need to be a Florida resident in order to purchase all the passes except the most expensive one.
I am an out of “towner” and I have an annual pass. Will get 5 trips out of the pass this year. We knew all the blackout dates before we bought the pass.

We buy annual passes for universal and we are out of staters. Dont get why i need to be a florida resident for Disney’s pass
