“Don’t Say Gay law,” formally known as the Parental Rights in Education Act, think you have this backwards, no where in this law states “Don’t say gay”. Typical Liberal

Nowhere in the law does it state that you CAN say gay either. But I guess, if you’ve read the bill, you should be able to tell us what you ARE allowed to say, because the law was written in such a clear and distinct way, right? Therefore, tell us the actual list of forbidden words according to the bill, so we know which words teachers absolutely shouldn’t say. Can you do that? I wonder if you can.

    2. Govenor DeSantis needs to resign from office and return to the military. He is the type of officer I delt with that tried to ruin many soldiers/airman they did not like. He is a horses butt and leave WDW alone. Hope your state will survive when they leave.

      Gary,
It states “prohibits classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity”
If that doesn’t constitute “don’t say gay”, then we don’t understand what the bill means.
But then again, I am a typical liberal, and you are another typical right wing, Trump loving, Desantis worshipping, can not think with your own puny little brain, think whatever and everything your corrupt governor and twisted X- president tell you to think.
      GFY

If you could say gay and that was not in any bill that you couldn’t, then why did DeSantis get so mad at Disney and do his gross punishment to the company for not liking DeSantis’ the non existent don’t say gay bill? You need to think this out now!!

The bottom line, is, forget the politics, and let Disney do what they do best, keeping the parks upgraded, clean (mostly) taking care of the roads and grounds, and most of all bringing in Tax money to pay the Governor and his cronies their salary’s.
DeSantis has proved his point and lost ground, shame the court did not favor in Disney’s behalf. It is cut and dry, retaliation by a governor, who lost the Presidential election and still wants to stifel Disney’s right to free speech. But in essence, Bob Chapek should have kept his mouth shut, and let someone else carry the torch against the Governor. By the way, I am a conservative, but believe people have the right to read, what they want and do, as long as it does not affect others. We are not the judge of peoples individual right, again as long as it does not affect others.
Matthew 7 :: NIV. “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

As a shareholder, I agree Mr. Chapek and all other members of Disney management should have stayed out of that issue and all political issues. Politics always has winners and losers; anytime a business takes a side they risk alienating one side and thus losing revenue for the company.
