This is a perfect example of why NOT to listen to people on the internet and WHY the internet isn’t always so good. I don’t listen to rotten tomatoes crap on any movie or listen to anyone’s opinion on a movie. I love Marvel and I will continue to go TO THE MOVIES to support the BIG SCREEN BECAUSE THATS WHAT I WAS RAISED ON!! This movie was fantastic! Non stop action, comedy, and it didn’t drag on forever. It was vibrant and cute and there was some darkness with Dar Ben. I’m so happy people are enjoying it and giving it the credit it is finally due but I really wish it was sooner than later.

..couldn’t sit through it all. It was a girlie movie.

Fully understand that as an incel, 3 strong independent women kicking ass would intimate you.

Guys show up in full force for male led superhero movies. We have no interest watching a girl power movie. Quality of movie is irrelevant.

We have to look at “girl power” non stop everyday. Because we all know girls are far superior to boys. Oh by the ways boys have been abandoned by the culture in favor of girlpower. And lest you say well girls are making up for the previous ills of society – well does that mean that present day boys who had nothing to do with it – have to be made the martyrs? Look at Magic kingdom all princess crap.

I found the story disjointed. It was just OK in my opinion. The characters needed more introduction, especially if you haven’t watch Disney+ for Ms Marvel and Wanda Vision. And Captain Marvel’s back story is really just dropped into the movie.

Do not let this propaganda fool you. The movie is still terrible.

  6. do a captain marvel 3 her and the blue marvel

I saw this movie in the cinemas having read reviews from people who clearly didn’t watch the movie. This Movie is not Barbie, its not a chick flick.

The feel of the movie is more along the lines of the Ms marvel series with more of a family dynamic.

But hey I always find it funny when people assume their personal opinion is more important than everyone else’s… do yourselves a favour. Just watch it, make your own opinion for once

I didn’t think the film was awful, i do think secret invasion was better than this film though, there was a lot of holes to fill in this film and alot of the time things didn’t add up, I just felt like the script was rushed and forced into a short runtime. I do agree that the film is ok .

“There really should be a study on how the internet legit convinced thousands of people that The Marvels was bad, and how people actually believed them. This whole thing is a lesson about how people need to come to their own conclusions and not trust everyone.”

    Amen.

I didn’t think it was awful but I’m glad I didn’t spent $15 to see it in the theaters. I haven’t like Ms. Marvel since it came out, Too kid-dish for the Marvel Universe although, I really like her parents. AT least Spiderman had more of a Marvel feel to it. There was more of the humurous back and forth between the main characters in this one but Ms Marvel didnt add to it.

Oh, and yeah, It was totally a chick flick.

I’m truly a Marvel fan and Ant-Man last summer I thought it was awesome. Jus like the Marvel’s I saw it when it came out on Disney plus I didn’t have the money to see it at the theater. So I waited until it came out on Disney plus and once again I thought the movie was awesome 👍

Another Marvel movie that was blasted. And I mean blasted and as a 50 year old Marvel fan. I thought it was exceptionally good I watched it four times.
Marvel has taken several unwarranted blows. PEOPLE wanting more and bigger and better at every turn. Not every Marvel release can be Infinity War and Endgame. Kevin works us up to those. Details..lots of storytelling..giving the whole Marvel universe a great connection and purpose.
True comic book fans know this.
I thought the fights scenes we’re awesome the comedy was great…the whole concept of the power entanglement was well done. I really enjoyed this movie. And I will watch it several more times just like I do every marvel entry because i’m a comic fan.
I know more than just the first set of Avengers that everybody keeps crying to get back …when there’s so many more characters With tons Of stories to be told.
I thought it was a great movie and kudos to everybody who worked on this movie. Who put in their hard work and got blasted unfairly.

I hate to say this, but I feel the trash talk was politically motivated. There’s been a piling on Disney/Marvel for their “direction” in many forms and I believe there are those who are ticked off, because of the All Female leads. And the diversity of these women. And my money’s on, none of the naysayers, never even saw the movie!
