Definately NO to the refund. All attractions have safety signage & it is up to the individual to read & understand them. If you decide to ignore them Disney has no obligation to be held responsible. They are only liable if attraction malfunctions.
Um…how would a guest clean it up anyway? Take off her clothes to wipe it up? Usually the janitorial cast deals with that anyway. But usually the guest does apologize.
People that comment the guest should clean it… really?? And ban her for wanting a refund… get real… Disney of old would have at least said “I can’t give you a refund but will give you tickets for tomorrow”. Now Disney workers apparently aren’t able to go above and beyond. I get it if the lady was being rough but the cast member could have taken care of it way before she got upset. Saying “didn’t you see the signs” is antagonizing. Even people who don’t typically get sick on rides get sick on the orange version. Hey Disney, Be more caring and helpful…
