Poor writing is what has ruined the MCU. She Hulk was very poorly written. Also, speaking as a major Hulk fan, I lost interest in Ruffalo’s Hulk portrayal with the Russo movies. He started strong in 2012’s Avengers but now his version is absurd and nothing like the comic counterpart. Ruffalo is partly to blame for this himself, he doesn’t understand the character or what fans want from it. He doesn’t want to portray the Hulk as a powerful character and that is what fans want. We don’t want Smart Hulk, Mark Ruffalo wants Smart Hulk. You have to give the fans what they want and Marvel is not doing that, and no one watched She Hulk did they? The only ones that seem shocked and surprised the MCU is losing fans and viewers are the stars and creators of the shows. Make a product that fans want and that will change.
