“This sounds like the makings of a top tier ride and anchor to the area. Super excited to see it executed.” spoken like a true gullible woke Disney gatekeeper.
Well, facts are quantifiable (it’s ok you can look it up), asserting that they know the opinion of a dead person is not a fact, unless that person is the Amazing Carnac and in Mr. Disney’s brain, in which case I think he’s got bigger medical issues.
Can people on this site go one second without saying “woke hurr durr librul media woke woke jo bidden” Jesus Christ it’s a god damn Disneyland ride it’s not that deep. Your world isn’t ending, if you like the original so much just visit the one in Tokyo. I loved the OG too but I’m sure this one will also be great, especially with the news that it isn’t using a bunch of screens instead of actual animatronics
This ride would succeed regardless of theme used. A water ride like Splash Mountain is a typical fan favorite. The odd part here is Disney rebranding using a relatively forgotten film. Most know the only reason this theme was chosen was to offset the perceived controversy of Song of the South.

Is a “true gullible woke gatekeeper” an actual thing? Or after you just trying to put as many silly buzzwords into one sentence?
If so, congratulations! You did it!

You sound like a child.

I was born on Leap Year, so that kinda tracks.
Denise
He sounds like a child because he is asserting that Walt Disney would have embraced change and progress in his parks?
Help me understand why facts are childish.

Well, I’ve never had my words referred to as quantifiable, but I’ve been called certifiable a few times. I’ll take it.
Also, this just in: Walt would approve!

You could also argue that, aside from the song “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah,“ Song of the South was a relatively forgotten film.
