You just can’t get away with anything! I can relate to that guy, but somehow somewhere there will be an individual with a phone filming and trying to get his 2 seconds of fame. I miss the good ole days!
Jump??, not even close! If you are going to be a stickler for the rules, isn’t your phone supposed to be stowed away until after the ride fully complete? Selective following the rules in order to feel better about being jealous, makes me think phone user is a coward. The so called jumpers should have released the other riders except the phone user.
I was on space mountain when it stopped and the lights came on. Surprisingly small area it takes up. All about lights and moving images make it seem huge.
So…
When my 20 year old was 7, we were visiting the park for the first time where he met the height requirements for the “cooler” rides. Space Mountain was the ride he wanted to go on first. We sat together and about twenty seconds into the ride our lap bar lifted and wouldn’t stayed closed upon pulling back down. I was frantic. I had to hold myself down into the cart and basically sit on top of my son with my legs stretched over him and my feet up against the inside wall of his side of our car while I held onto my side with both of my hands. It felt like an hour and with every turn and bump I thought we would both be flung from our cart. Terrifying experience and I will never forget it. The employees downplayed it and filled the car up with the next group of guests and sent us on our way with nothing more than an apology.
He thought he was protecting his family.I would have done the same thing and let the rest of you to sit there like sheep. They should have a broadcast along with the lights being activated. If more people in the twin towers would have evacuated they would possibly be alive instead of staying in place, WHiCH WAS THE RULE, some didnt follow the rules and survived!
The point he’s saying is the terror attack didn’t seem like much when it first started out so a lot of folks like you stayed in the buildings cause they were told to. People who survived the 1993 WTC attacks went thru this one too and saw the red flags that it was time to pack up and leave in an orderly fashion.
One company from the UK actually did annual fire drills which wasn’t required by the building at the time and those workers knew what to do.
Who cares!? I don’t. Maybe they had to pee or something. People need to learn how to mind their own business. People make big deals out of nothing. A bunch of self righteous losers.
As a teenager, living in Central Florida I was fortunate enough to visit the Magic Kingdom over 25 times. My friends and I regularly got off moving rides. Not space mountain. That would have been the big prize! I don’t encourage this now of course. 😇
Am I missing something here? He’s (they) are not exiting at a weird part of the ride where there’s no way out. The EXIT sign is clear that the emergency way out AND the work lights are on meaning they will be forced out of the vehicle one way or the other.

And with a kid no less. Risking cat walks or ramps in an unfamiliar area is not smart

Mickey Mouse
And good samaritan Karens decided it was their duty to film the family & their foolish impatient choice.
Mind your own f#cking business.
Mickey

Is being inpatient worth being banned for life, I think not but hey keep doing things like this to thin out the crowds
Matt

Maybe their kid had to use the bathroom. Leave it alone.

Wow, you’re insane to use 9/11 to this argument! You’re something else!!!

Because a terror attack in a burning building is the same as Space Mountain stopping as it’s done countless times before?

It’s clear at this point your not going to move again except out of the vehicle and off the ride! They realized it too.
Daniel
You have a typo near the end when finally getting to “the viral tiktok”
Space in Space Mountain is misspelled.
Daniel

It’s not like there isn’t a huge glowing EXIT sign where he got off with his family!

Except it wasn’t moving and when the work lights turn on they are NOT going to move except out of the vehicle and out of the ride!
X from Aumsville
What people don’t notice is the sign LITERALLY SAYS EXIT right where he got off. I’m sure he did NOT see that.
