Pass holders should have first choice. It’s a given we spend more money in the parks than visitors from out of state or country. You make your money in their resort stays but we spend more money in gift shops and food and visits.
Passholders aren’t blocked. All the Passholder reservations are just filled. It’s been a while since this has happened for all the parks, but it does occasionally.

I do not think that passholders with “no blocked dates” should be blocked at all.
