Do you know if other safety upgrades were completed to the track, or monorail tracking system, or any other system to prevent the monorails from coming within a certain distance without this happening again? If we don’t know the answer to that, we probably shouldn’t be complaining about the nose cone design since it may be irrelevant now…

Training helps but even with cars there are deaths and crashes. Accidents happen EVERYWHERE!!!
