I wish so much that our governor would come home and prove that he cares for our beautiful state. It makes me so sad to see him care more about being president than taking care of his constituents.

  2. Number one: The bill did not say, “Don’t say gay.” Second: Florida residents agreed that they don’t want sex education (all types) in a kindergarten class. Disney is paying for poor leadership decisions. Leadership that caused them to produce flop films and decrease stock prices. Disney’s current CEO is departing from the political arena and getting back to making money.

No one was teaching sex Ed to Kindergartners…to legislate against a tiny minority as if their lifestyle affects your family in any way is absolute nonsense. Disney has NOTHING to do with what is taught in the public school system. Your Governor is just a bigot who wants to run the state like a dictator.

Would you rather him be like newsom?? I seriously doubt that.

As a matter of fact, if I had a choice between DeSantis and Newsom, I’d take Newsom in a heartbeat. Easy choice.

And Disney is not making kids gay. The lies go both ways.

This is yet another example of the many DeSantis lies that some people love to eat up.

DeSantis has put a stranglehold on Floridians with his personal views, not what is best for the state. He is a “win at all cost, and damn those who disagree.”
I moved here 2 years ago, and I’m so disappointed with DeSantis.

      Then move back.

Moving back won’t fix the overwhelming disappointment with DeSantis, which extends well beyond Florida.

Governor DeSantis is a model governor for all states. Protecting children’s rights, parents rights and the state of Florida. Disney is not doing anyone any favors, high prices far beyond what inflation is at (caused by Dem bad policy by the way) and producing movies etc. with a hidden agenda in everything. Stocks are tanking. Complaining that their special district should not have to pay their fair share like everyone else. Newsom, you all out in Cali like that high crime and paying for all the illegal immigrants coming in? How about that unrealistic green agenda? Many, many instances of improper subjects being taught to young children. That is the power of the internet and cell phones. Parents are waking up to what has been going on.

Too many untruths to address. But I’ll touch in a couple.

A governor who holds a rally in another state while his own state is enduring unprecedented flooding… then declines federal money to improve flood mitigation infrastructure… changes state law to restrict transparency… expands government to control business… fights against freedom of speech… refuses to fix insurance problems then expand government controlled insurance like a communist… spends his own citizens money to pay for his legal bills and bussing Texas illegal immigrants into the US… Is not a model governor. Unless you mean a model of what a governor shouldn’t do.

And when did Disney say their district shouldn’t pay its fair share? They’ve always paid their taxes. In fact, if DeSantis had been successful in dissolving the district Disney would have SAVED money because it would have been cheaper for them.

Yeah, he’s a model for what NOT to do if elected.

Protecting only parental rights of parents he agrees with. I’m an old woman and I have heard more about the sexualization of children from DeSantis than I ever have in my seventy years. Is he obsessed with this issue? Sorta eewww.
