Disney needs to step up for this error and make those streaming cards turn into regular cards for the family trip! this wont hurt them, they still get the money, just not the vegative state of viewing the streaming services.
My mom just did the same thing 😭 she gifted us Disney+ cards for Christmas (today) before our trip to Disney (next week) not knowing the difference between Disney+ and regular Disney! I’m going to take them back to the point of purchase with the receipts but I don’t think they’ll exchange them. I’m so sad.
