Sounds like she got a little behind in her work.
Could it be she was jealous and wanted to get the lifeguard in trouble? Could it be that she is attracted to her? Could it be that the back looked better than the front and it got silly as she was exiting the pool?
I’m assuming the person who did this has been banned from all of the parks…..
