We drove from California and spent 8 days at disneyworld. We bought 2 nights of the merriest Christmas and 1 night of jollywood. We experienced Thursdays rain, it was miserable, but we chose to stick it out through midnight since we paid alot of money for the event. We never saw any compensation. We also lost 2 lightning lane passes earlier that day at epcot because a ride broke down and we did not get them back. From the beginning of our trip it was a challenge. Our room was wrong and they could not compensate or help us, it rained us out Wednesday and Thursday, we lost lightning passes, and several managers and staff were extremely rude. If it wasn’t for an employee, Edwin Figueroa,we would have canceled our trip and went back home on the first day. Thank you Edwin for making a difference and being so amazing. Because of him, we want to try it again in the future.

We were at Magic Kingdom for the Halloween Party on September 26, 2023 and it poured down rain for at least 4 hours the night of our party. It finally slowed down after 9 o’clock, but by then we were drenched. We got our one bag of M&M s upon entry, but were unable to get anything else. Most of the rides were shut down during that time and the streets were flooded. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. We left very disappointed and a lot of money wasted. No parade or fireworks.
