Some guests are demanding answers from Universal and other guests following a dramatic evacuation within one of its parks yesterday.

Universal Orlando Resort News
In recent news out of Universal Orlando, the theme park is finally listening to its fanbase and is deciding to extend its park hours – but with a catch. The theme parks will ramp up their hours from now through the end of the year. Will the extended hours follow through 2024?
Universal seemed to have publically mocked the Disneyland incident that occurred over the weekend, where a guest got naked and explored through the “it’s a small world” attraction. Theme parks always try to poke fun at each other, and these two seem to love one another.
Over the five-day Thanksgiving holiday, Orlando International Airport received more than two million visitors, including guests who made their way to Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure, and Studios. With Christmas just around the corner, the massive Florida airport will surely welcome millions more people, with a large amount making their way to experience the rides at this theme park.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter Ride Evacuation
Inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Diagon Alley, the iconic and lovable indoor attraction Escape from Gringotts experienced a sudden and dramatic evacuation where alarms went off and the entire building was emptied.
Please note that the story outlined in this article is based on personal Universal Parks experiences. No two experiences are alike, and this article does not necessarily align with Inside the Magic’s personal views on Universal Orlando Park operations.
In a recent Reddit post on the r/Disneyland, a guest wrote the following:
My family and I were at Gringotts around 9:10 am. Just as we got to the team member that scans Express Pass, alarms started going off and everyone was evacuated from the building. The ride was down for three or four hours.
According to the guest, Gringotts closed down as alarms blared off in the distance in a dramatic evacuation where no one knew what had happened.

There is no official word yet from Universal on the purpose or reasoning behind the sudden evacuation of guests from the Escape from Gringotts ride at Universal Studios Florida. But, like always, guests are having some fun with theories. For instance, one guest mentioned the following:
I think Voldemort and Bellatrix tried taking over Gringotts
Another guest even poked fun at the recent Disneyland streaker by saying the following:
The banker got nude and was swimming in the fountain
More jokes were thrown at someone breaking into the vaults, but overall, no one got injured or hurt, and everyone was evacuated off the ride and out of the building safely. You can read more of the thread by clicking here.
