That will go over like a lead ballon !

I thought restrictions were in place because people didn’t want to pay for parking. People use to park at the hotels and use the bus/monorail to get to the parks.

The people running Disney is draining all the Magic. Millions were made off of people who love Disney. But sadly so much of the magic is gone. Park reservations, 2pm park hopper, no more magical express, genie plus. . . .

And your comments about most people still needing park reservations after January 9th again is so inaccurate. That have annual passes, military tickets, and cast members are going to have to make theme park reservations. Anybody else that’s coming to Disney? Unless they have a special ticket that isn’t having dates of usage will not have to make theme park reservations

  4. As a DVC member, it’s about time. DW is for everyone not just Floridians sneaking into the theme parks via parking at the resort. Guests spend thousands and thousands to stay at these resorts and should not have to worry about parking availability o crowding from people leaving their cars there.

If Disney needs to issue these restrictions at certain times of year they should have a notice when you are confirming the reservations. Finding out you are too early at the security gate and then being asked to go spend $30 to make at MK parking lot is less than a magical experience.
