The Walt Disney Company owns and operates multiple stunning theme parks around the world, each one offering its unique experience. While the most popular Disney theme parks can be found in Disneyland and Walt Disney World, other destinations like Tokyo Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and, of course, Disneyland Paris are all exceptionally magical in their own way.
The Disneyland Paris Resort is one of, if not the most beautiful Disney resort on Earth, featuring stunning details and absolutely gorgeous rendition of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Disneyland Paris features two theme parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios, as well as an area called Disney Village, which acts similarly to Downtown Disney in Disneyland and Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.
Disneyland Paris opened on April 12, 1992, in Chessy, France, and has undergone some of the most significant changes seen at a Disney theme park resort. These changes are about to continue, with several new declarations made regarding some iconic features of the resort.

Disneyland Paris is home to all the classic Disney park experiences you’d expect, featuring rides and attractions like Big Thunder Mountain, “it’s a small world,” and Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as its own unique versions of rides like Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain. One of these new declarations involves Space Mountain specifically, indicating some changes are headed to the iconic roller coaster.
Space Mountain is one of Disney’s best rides of all time. A version of Space Mountain can be found at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, Disneyland in Anaheim, California, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland in Japan, and Hong Kong Disneyland in China. While each version may be slightly different, with Disneyland Paris’ version featuring inversions, the spirit of the attraction remains the same.

The Disney Village area is continuing to be worked on, with several projects taking shape recently. In the last year, we’ve seen several locations close down permanently, such as Planet Hollywood. This transformational undertaking regarding Disney Village was announced in March of 2022 and started with the newest addition of Rosalie, a French brasserie.
