These cast members should be expected to remain clam as well as understand and the situation!!!! There is no excuse for this kind of irrational behavior!!! if an attendee is breaking the rules or doing something illegal, then security should be notified….. Making an outburst without knowing all the facts is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This cast member should have been FIRED, or at the least reprimanded with a final written warning before the final step of being fired!
