Last time I was in WDW about 2 years ago, the cast members we’re always saying the genderless pronoun “friends.” “Have a great day friends.” It was miserable. Of course, I had to make it a point to loudly acknowledge the missing “ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls” that we all love. By increasing inclusivity, you inherently alienate and segregate others. You cause the opposite effect. It’s like say you hate prejudice. Then aren’t you really just being prejudice about prejudice?
