The app is very unreliable and made our riding experiences more stressful than necessary instead of being “magical”. Why must my family pay MORE to get on rides, keep our phones out, setting timers and alarms when ticket prices are already jacked up? I stay on Disney Property…isn’t that worth free perks already?

No all Disney has to do is go back to its roots that Walt had in mind. And kick out all Woke people and anyone else that want to change Disney for the worse !!

I have not had an issue. We use DAS which has saved time and my knees from running ahead to get return time for ride. It was much easier when they had alternative entrances for handicap. That’s no longer an option. I do not like being on the phone all day and have to stop to make the next das it’s hard to push someone and look at your phone.

I love das and have found I can make another when I have to wait in the que. we have changed the time of year we go to the slower seasons when kids are back in school and no holidays. Anymore.

What I find the worst part is people walk and try to use the app. Then stop right in front of you expecting you to stop a 200 pound wheelchair with the person sitting in it . We can’t stop or turn as easily as a stroller.

Remember when Disney fired US IT people and made them train Indian replacements? Well, crap is what you get.

Remember when Disney fired US IT people and made them train Indian replacements? Well, crap is what you get. No loyalty to USA.

  6. Disneyland needs to bring back ticket books in digital form. That would teach today’s kids budgeting and take care of the crowds.
