Disney parks need to crack down on “incidents” in the parks. Call Sheriffs and charge people with crimes, fighting theft etc. Isn’t sneaking in older children by lying about age actually theft ?
This is not exclusive to Disneyland and as I agree it is not honest I believe as far as unruly guest this is at the bottom of the list. I have been a Magic Key Holder/ Annual Passholder for over 30 years and have seen more than I would like to see when it comes to unruly guest.
I have had our time at Disneyland interrupted by people who think that they have more rights than anyone else in the park.
1. I have seen obscene clothing with vulgar words and pictures on them that is disrespectful to families with small children. If you choose to wear such clothing in front of your own children that is your chose but why do you think I want my children or grandchildren to be exposed to.
2. Guest who push and shove to get to family members at the head of the line, the “New Fast Pass”. Again not at the top of the list.
3. Guest who jump from the ride while it is still in motion or allow their children to be in unsafe areas or areas that are off limits to guest. Then feel they are entitled to receive compensation for injuries they sustain. This then increases the prices at the Parks.
Unruly guest can be defined in so many ways and regardless of of the act there should be consequences this could be from purchasing clothing that is family / Disneyland appropriate to be banned from the park for the day or for all time.
Disney should require at least proof of age for children. Every child has a birth certificate and instead of raising the price for all because of a few, inconvenience the few who are stealing from the company by requiring proof of age of all children under age 3 without a birth certificate for proof.
