Reservations, lighting lane, genie plus, Disney is forcing people to constantly have to use their phones. Past years we went to Disney to escape from life, enjoy the magic with family and an extra plus to put our phones away for the day. Not sure what Disney is expecting
I am glad that disney is now finally doing something about these guests that just don’t want to play by the rules,disney should I sorry but kick them out of the parks. So maybe others will listen.
Depending on the behavior, there should be different consequences in place. For instance, if you’re cutting the line, you should be kicked off the line and not allowed to ride for a certain amount of time (almost like a reverse fastpass). If you’re climbing on things or being otherwise destructive, you should be sent out of the park. There should also be designated seating for those with reserved seats for shows who want to leave early because first of all, it’s disrespectfull, and second, it’s a safety hazard, hence the pre show warning of “remain in your seat until lighting has returned to normal” (on my last trip, it wasn’t just one family that left in the middle of Fantasmic, but whole crowds from the dining reservation section that just got up and left when the villans took over mickey’s dream, blocking the views of everyone else. The rest of the reserved seating groups left during the finale).

Agreed.. Disney wants us attached to our phones (which I hate). However, I would abide by the rules and find an easy way to secure my phone.

Huh? I take my phone on Tron EVERY single time, I stow it on the bike itself. No one is required to put their phones in a locker.

So no one can film their enchantment on Disney rides anymore. That’s not good either. I’m videoing my ride like I always did.
