I was on Tron October 1, 2023, when it shut down. We left the bay and shot into action only to abruptly stop. At first I thought it was part of the ride, and I thought “this is how someone breaks a rib on this ride”, but then I quickly realized it was not part of the ride. We sat for 10 to 15 mins. Never launched again and were exited off ride by cast members. Strangest thing was that another rider tried to take a picture and the cast members went bonkers. They were yelling, no pictures, no pictures, delete that photo right away! It was weird. Felt weird about that. We were able to exit one by one onto a platform and then the cast lead us back through the ride to where we started.
