A black-and-white photo captures Disney Adults, a group of four friends smiling as they stroll through a theme park. They're in front of a castle, one person holding a Mickey Mouse-shaped balloon. The atmosphere is joyful and lively.

There is nowhere left to go forward, only backwards. That philosophy died with Walt. If Disney stayed the same it would thrive. Disney can survive on its name alone. If Disney stayed trapped in the 1970s and 80s like they will after I take over, people will still go because when they see the Disney name, they come. P.T. Barnum was right about a certain type born every minute.
