When I went to WDW solo in 2018, l could not use my scooter in the queue of the dark rides. They made me switch to a manual wheelchair and said I must be able to wheel myself. I told them I couldn’t do it because I have arthritis in both hands. They had to get a cast member to push the wheelchair for me in the queue. Most of the time they were female looking cast members pushing me and I’m a big guy. They said it was a Reedy Creek Fire Department policy that scooters are not allowed in the queue. Now that Reedy Creek is gone I wonder if CFTOD will remove the policy since most of the Republican board members hate regulations.

What the heck has happened to this company? Has Disney become such a money grab that any poor pathetic sheep that slows the herd down for 30 seconds is banished? These people don’t deserve to enjoy Walt Disney World ? That’s only for the beautiful people? Wow!! WHAT WOULD WALT SAY? SHAME ON YOU!
This is ANOTHER BAD DECISION by Disney! The collapsible chair is the same as a walker seat for some. I’m one with low blood pressure & have to sit at times to keep from fainting. Americans with Disabilities Act covers this. I’m shocked. Now Disney doesn’t care about Mobility issues!
