Honestly, Disney has handled everything since the start of COVID extremely poorly compared to other theme parks, especially when it comes to annual passes.
What they need to do is come to their senses and eliminate the whole reservation thing, then they can offer the flex pass again to offer a lower prices option with reservations, allowing people to choose if they want reservations or not.
If they are going to continue with reservations for all, then it needs to be a total of two buckets of reservations:
1. Those staying in property (a perk of staying onsite should be automatic reservations each day for both parks)
2. Everyone else
It shouldn’t matter what kind of ticket is being used, they all should be lumped together and that is where I can see Disney loosing this legal battle is they said there are x number of passholder reservations, but a larger number for non passholders.
