I love when people say Ken Jennings has no personality. Alex Trebek said many times that he is not the star of the show, his job was to get out of the way and let the contestants shine. I believe Ken takes that message to heart and leaves his personality out of the game.
We are thrilled Ken is the permanent host. He is intelligent and personable. Mayim just didn’t fit in this program.

I’m actually fine with Ken hosting. I know everyone wants Lavar to host, but I think their looking for a ‘dead’ celebrity to replace the past and not a current star to perpetuate the show.
No one wants Lavar to host but Lavar. I would choose Marim over Lavar and I really don’t like her. Ken is doing a fine job. Marim said she never watch Jeopardy before she tried out as host…that tells me a lot right there. I think she thought she would be able to showcase how smart she was and that never happened because she’s not as smart as she thinks she is.

It was a cool joke from the Jeapordy champ. Most all these “celebs” on game shows are very low level celebs. I’m sure Jennings got the joke and laughed. As per Mohalek, good for her as an actor to stand up for her fellow professionals. I hope she comes back to the show which I love.

I’d rather watch old episodes of Alex hosting “Classic Concentration” than this ego-driven drivel. I just wish I could watch old episodes of Alex hosted “Jeopardy!” Same thing with Turner Classic Movies, it has only gone downhill without Robert.
Ken has a mushy, hard-to-understand voice, and is very pompous and full-of-himself. Don’t care for him, and like Mayim a lot. Easy to understand and very relatable.
I, for one, do not care for Ken Jennings as the permanent host. I find him to be somewhat condescending and harsh with contestants at times. I realize there aren’t many choices for the position, and there will never be another Alex Trebek, but think that producers should keep looking. I love the show but will not watch as long as Jennings is sole host. I would rather watch reruns.
I do agree that they are using the term celebrity very loosely. The host for either show does not need a genius to read the questions. Focusing on personality should be the deciding factor. Maybe then the host would not add to the correct answers their little bit of knowledge. Very annoying. During the strike they could have lined up several guest hosts to try out and get public reaction. Make it like a contest.
Can’t we just watch this great show without all the drama. Everyone has to much yo say about everything. If you font like the show font watch it or participate on it. Just let us enjoy a show we really like and Ken s doing a great job. Give him a break

I watch it every time it’s on no matter who hosts it. Ken is growing on me and Miam I liked but felt she was a bit of a know it all, maybe even condescending. I still like both okay. No one can really replace Alex but, I still watch it!!

If they are, in fact, recycling old questions…I’m kinda iffy of them still going on with new shows. They should just be using reruns. I wouldn’t mind watching Alex again.

I’d rather watch old episodes of Alex hosting “Classic Concentration” than this ego-driven drivel. I just wish I could watch old episodes of Alex hosted “Jeopardy!” Same thing with Turner Classic Movies, it has only gone downhill without Robert.

Ken has a mushy, hard-to-understand voice, and is very pompous and full-of-himself. Don’t care for him, and like Mayim a lot. Easy to understand and very relatable.

I, for one, do not care for Ken Jennings as the permanent host. I find him to be somewhat condescending and harsh with contestants at times. I realize there aren’t many choices for the position, and there will never be another Alex Trebek, but think that producers should keep looking. I love the show but will not watch as long as Jennings is sole host. I would rather watch reruns.

I do agree that they are using the term celebrity very loosely. The host for either show does not need a genius to read the questions. Focusing on personality should be the deciding factor. Maybe then the host would not add to the correct answers their little bit of knowledge. Very annoying. During the strike they could have lined up several guest hosts to try out and get public reaction. Make it like a contest.

Can’t we just watch this great show without all the drama. Everyone has to much yo say about everything. If you font like the show font watch it or participate on it. Just let us enjoy a show we really like and Ken s doing a great job. Give him a break

Ken Jennings’ voice hits me like fingernails on a chalkboard. And he’s like that annoying little teacher’s pet who never grew up. They need a host with more appeal… and a stronger voice.

I watch it every time it’s on no matter who hosts it. Ken is growing on me and Miam I liked but felt she was a bit of a know it all, maybe even condescending. I still like both okay. No one can really replace Alex but, I still watch it!!
