In Feb. 2022, my family & I stayed at the Old Key West resort. We had a lovely suite not far from the bus stop. However, it seemed that no matter which park we were going to, the least amount of busses went to that park that day. To make matters worse, my husband and I both had ECV’s and had to wait over an hour (in addition to already waiting for about 1/2 hour) for a bus because the first one already had an ECV on it. Shouldn’t the drivers be allowed to call and alert that something like this is happening and ask for additional busses. It was very disheartening to us and our grandchildren to have to wait for almost 2 hours to get to a park.

Busses were designed to take one or two handicapped wheelchairs on occasion that will not be folded.

Having every one and their aunt rent these larger and larger scooters with bags and canopies because they don’t want to walk, is not the parks or busses problems. Make other arrangements with the rental companies to get you around. It takes up too much room and makes everyone else wait a long time in line.

It’s true Disney bus service sucks. I will never stay at Port Orleans again because the bus service was that bad. Imagine 200 people chanting relentlessly, “Send a bus!”

For some reason this and Universal have small bus shelters that do not protect from rain and wind. This is Florida.
