Disney is moving away from childrrn and the traditional family in order to promote and encourage strong leading females, alternative lifestyles, bringing more alcohol into its theme parks and promoting its not so secret gay agenda into all of its content. Disney adults spend more money.
This is good. Now parents can stop using TV to babysit their kids, turning them into mindless zombies, and encourage their kids to read, play outside with other kids, )earn how machines work, learn to fix things, learn to defend themselves, volunteer in the community, be active, play sports, and more.
Give ’em enough time and they’ll successfully remove all of Disney’s dreams. I see it happening right before my eyes: My sis retired from working at Disneyland and so she has the perk of visiting the parks for free. We average 2 times a month visiting Disneyland, and very often we hear kids ask their parents, “Who’s Pinoccio? What’s a Bambi”? Etc. One time at a photo op a child denied that the plush dog was Mickey Mouses’ Dog! I said, “Ask Pluto yourself!” ‘Pluto’ nodded his head, yes. The point is, the Disney brand is disappearing. If we adults don’t play the videos, etc. kids are going to think Spiderman, etc. is what Mickey used to be. I see it every time I go to the parks…
And to ‘Dutch’: Don’t we wish! Maybe in another world, but not now days. Kids, like us, move right along. It takes adults to guide what you’re talking about (and I agree with, of course,) but adults are WAY involved in working…and working…and working to make ends meet now and in the quick future since everything (especially housing) is getting higher and higher so fast! It’s never been like this! So, while I do agree, it’s going to be an up-hill project. I wonder what Walt thinks of all this….
Why is it that mickey mouse and Disney character’s after so many years of being there for Canada and even the United States all of a sudden there talking about getting rid of them and they have been around since before I was born. Even cartoons I watched as a child are gone.Like I don’t see hockey or any other sport on TV but here we are talks about ridding the world of Disneyland and Disney character’s ,and all it does is make me sick I feel for whatever reason it’s not a good enough reason to take away from people that grew up with it
ESPN is prioritized so Disney can get a slice of the lucrative sports betting market. How long until every hotel in Disney Parks are a Vegas-style casino?
You guys are crazy. Bluey is the best cartoon on TV. They teach love, laughter, caring, and sharing with everyone. The parents are awesome. Let the kids shows alone.
Keep Bluey. But that old-school Mickey Mouse show is actually really creepy. Watch it before you fight to keep it… it is NOT something I want my kids watching.
I think Walt Disney would turn over in his grave if he knew his visions and hard work was being taken away from all the adults that grew up with Mickey Mouse and all Disney characters. I’m pretty sure that Walt Disney would be very disappointed in how his dream has been handled. I was 14 when Disneyland opened, and my how Disneyland has changed.
and I love Bluey!!
Disney needs to keep Disney the way it is my kids love blues an mickey mouse he watches all of them even I watch the cartoons with them we all sit after dinner an watch a couple shows before bed my kids r outside kids but after dinner we sit an watch a couple shows so other pplz need to talk about themselves before saying everyone need to change the kids an be outside I grew up on Disney an looney toon so just leave the shows alone
FYI: These are only gone for Spectrum!! If you want to have these shows either get Disney + or go with another cable company! Personally, I am a fan of National Geographic Wild and Mickey Mouse but as Spectrum hasn’t brought these back, I have changed cable companies!

They are going against Walt himself, it’s all about the all mighty buck now. Who cares about kids and family.

My autistic 3 year old will only watch Bluey. Nothing else! So Bluey stays alright?
