That’s not a “Gross Incident”! That’s just biology. Horses poop (as do all animals) and don’t hold back when they got to go to the bathroom, or as some people say…”when nature calls”! Having worked numerous parades in NYC that have had live animals on the route, nothing gets more than a big round of applauds than the “honey bucket” clean up crew. Disney dropped the ball on this (no pun intended), the clean up crew should’ve been in costume, maybe as the Child Detection Agency in hazmat suits responding to a code 90-09 (that’s PO-OP).
So it done what horses do. Having horses that is normal they don’t hold it until they get back to the stall. The cleanup crew were outstanding and getting it cleaned up so everything can continue.
OMG if that is the gross issue that the guest had to deal with PLEASE they have never lived or seen a farm or horse stables. It’s a natural thing for an animal to poop. Yes it smells, that nature at its finest the parades that I have been to its left right there and walked around. He’ll theirs nothing better then running through a pasture filled with cow patties and jumping in a fresh one and trying to slash your friends with it as you play. Grow up people it’s a natural thing that happens.

If you have real horses, this will happen. It’s not a big deal. Since horese eat grains, it early doesn’t smell that bad either. Non story.
