The jumper was in the wrong but always best not to engage with them.The apology should have been enough for everyone. People jump in front of moving scooters all the time at WDW and shouldn’t be surprised when they get hit. Don’t jump in front of a moving scooter, and these kinds of incidents can be avoided.
