  1. Why do they keep calling the musical a reboot

    1. Marty

      It’s not a musical…

Seriously, 1 showing at select theaters for 1 day only thats not right this should be set for all theaters and more than 1 showing because only a select few will be the only ones to see it in theaters this needs to change.

Yup. They did this with Jurassic Parks 30th anniversary and it went largely to waste because it was screened ONLY at 3pm in the afternoon when a lot of people would have been at work.

I Love Back To The Future and I’ve seen it in the theater multiple times in the last 5 years. What bothers me, why show the same old movies in the cinema over and over again? There are hundreds of old movies why not back bring back some different ones ?

  4. No no no! Certain films like the breakfast club and back to the future should never be rebooted. They were perfect any attempt at a reboot is going to be an epic fail and will hurt the original. Just stop ruining good films, try rebooting bad films…..might actually make them good??….leave classics alone

No reboot for me. I love the original and still watch it.

I’m not keen on the ‘one night only’ idea, but I get the relevance of the date. Unfortunately I’m based in Australia, and I’m yet to see anything similar happening here. I’d love to see a remastered print of he original film on the big screen again- the only time I saw it at the cinema was when it was originally released, one November night in 1985 in Melbourne, and I was seven years old!

No, I won’t be going to the theatre to see this because, oh, idk, COVID!?

      Get a life…..

Already got my tickets for the theater showing! But NO remake! 👎🏻 Stop ruining great films.

This is not a reboot. It’s a re-release of the original film. A reboot is the rewrite of the same story line with new imaginations of the said story; such as updating it to modern times.

I’ll be driving my DeLorean to see the movie in Rochester NY tomorrow… the 21st…
